Shipping Policy I ship Worldwide to different locations throughout the world. Shipping costs are by a Royal Mail Signed For service including Insurance to Worldwide locations. The costs are as follows: £4.50 for Orders up to £75.00 £9.50 for Orders up to £125.00 £15.00 for all Orders over £125.00 Insurance: All items shipped are insured by the shipping provider and subject to their terms and conditions. Note: In order to avoid any delay or problems at customs, only up to 5 items will be packed per package. Custom/Duty: Due to the customs regulation of each country, we cannot be responsible for any additional cost (custom or duty), delay or any other problems that may occur during the process at each countries customs office. Shipping time: All items purchased are shipped from the UK. For in-stock items, I despatch with in 2 working days of the placed order, Once despatch most UK customers will get their products within 2-3 working days, Europe within 5-7 working days and the Rest of the World within 7-10 working days from date of shipping. Shipping times may take longer to be delivered in some areas. Major Holiday Delivery: Due to the volume of orders during the holidays, please be aware that the estimated delivery time refers to items in stock only and you should take note of the despatch times stated for out of stock products. Please also be aware of Royal Mail’s Holiday closing dates and guaranty shipping dates. Please refer to the information given above. Order cancellation: Upon receipt of a confirmed order, The Silverware Gift Shop will begin fulfilment of the order requested by the customer. Our customers have 24 hours after placing their order to request cancellation. To request cancellation, all order cancellations are subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Please note that: An order for in-stock items will be processed and sent out immediately after we receive a confirmed order, therefore, in-stock items cannot be cancelled. An order cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped prior to cancellation. To a requested cancellation, all order cancellations are subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Return package: In case the package return to us for any reason (block from customs, incorrect mailing address, return for refund, etc) payment excluding restocking fee and additions re-shipping costs will be issued. Restocking fee: Restocking fee (10% of purchasing price) will only apply to customers who return their item for refund. Return policy: All returned products must be returned in the same condition as they were received eg., in the original packaging and in an unused condition. All shipping cost are the customer's responsibility.
