Custom/Duty
Due to custom regulation of each country, we can not be responsible for any additional cost (custom or duty), delay or any other problems that may occur during the process at each country custom.
Shipping time:
For in-stock items, most UK customers will get their products within 2-3 business days, Europe within 5-7 business days and US within 7-10 business days However, sometimes; it may take a bit longer to be delivered in some area.
Backordered and customized items will need up to 4-5 additional business days.
Major Holiday DeliveryDue to volume during the holidays, please be aware that the estimated delivery time may not be the same as mentioned above.

Return packageIn case the package return to us for any reason (block from custom, incorrect mailing address, return for refund, etc) payment excluding restocking fee and additions re-shipping costs will be issued.

Restocking fee (10% of purchasing price) will only apply to customers who return their item for refund.
Return policy
All return products must be brand new and in the original package an condition as received. All shipping cost are the customer�s responsibility.
